What is Private Vaulteck?

Private Vaulteck keeps your sensitive photos and documents locked in a secure vault on your iPhone or iPad. Everything is encrypted on your device and unlocked with your passcode and, optionally, Face ID or Touch ID.

There are no accounts and no servers — the app works fully offline and your files never leave your device.

What happens if I forget my passcode?

Your data is encrypted with a key derived from your passcode. For your security there is no backdoor or recovery service, so we cannot recover your files if the passcode is lost.

Where are my files stored?

Only on your device, in the app's private, encrypted storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server or cloud.

How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?

Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Does the app collect any data?

No. Private Vaulteck collects no personal data and includes no analytics or advertising. See the Privacy Policy.

No backdoor by design: your files are encrypted with a key derived from your passcode. There is no recovery service — if you lose your passcode, your data cannot be recovered. Please keep your passcode safe.
